While out hiking we got caught by some fellow human hikers. Hence my “deer in the headlight” look. Or should I say, “mouse in the camera lens” look. Yet notice how Basil just smiles away. He is such a ham!
First things first. One must fuel up with a muffin. It is very important to eat healthy if you want to last through your hike!
Okay, so what shall we do? Go downtown or go hiking? How about both!
Such a perfect peaceful country setting. You just have to love a Gazebo with a View!
We arrived in the mountains and are taking it easy on this Pumpkin Porch. Although it is late Fall, there is still great color in the leaves.
Now it is Pip, Basil and LB’s turn to be on the road again. This time they are heading North to the mountains.
Enjoying nature’s wonders with wonderful company.
Some pictures are worth a thousands word. Which is good, because there aren’t a thousand words that begin to describe how much you mean to me.
Mabel and Penny found some souvenirs from the great Big Woods Adventure. Although, looks like they will have their work cut out for them. Not sure how they will get them home since the pine cones are as big as they are!
When are mice not mice? When they are monkey-ing around! Mable and Penny look like they are enjoying a different point of view!
